On April 2, 2025, the City Council adopted Ordinance 5250 updating the City’s municipal code along with adopting a new Development Impact Fee schedule. The fee schedule will be effective January 1, 2026.
For single-family dwelling units, townhomes, and condominiums, impact fees are calculated and due in full at the time of Planning Clearance.
For multi-family dwelling units and non-residential projects, impact fees will be established at the time the complete application is submitted and will be valid so long as a planning clearance is issued within two years from the date of a complete application. Impact fees are due in full at the time of Planning Clearance.
