Community Referrals

Neighbor-2-Neighbor Team

The Neighbor-to-Neighbor Referral Team provides real-time referrals to several local agencies based on identified needs such as housing assessments for the by-name list for housing vouchers, case management, and other community resources. In addition, the N-2-N has developed an Emergency Resource Map to facilitate navigation of resources in the city. To schedule a meeting, call 970-256-4107 or email housing@gjcity.org.
