Fitness at the CRC

Upper Level Fitness - 7,200 square feet

The upper-level of the CRC features state-of-the-art fitness amenities and equipment. The fitness floor is sectioned into areas for circuit training, functional fitness, stretching, cardio, and free weights. A wide variety of equipment will enable all experience levels of users to achieve their fitness goals.

The indoor track will include three walking/jogging lanes with resilient athletic flooring. 11 laps around the track will equal a mile.

Lower Level Fitness - 6,887 square feet

The lower-level fitness area will feature three group fitness rooms, which will be programmed with a wide variety of fitness classes, including spin, yoga, strength, cardio, and more. 

The outdoor fitness turf is accessible from the group fitness hallway and rooms, as well as the exterior stairs from the upper-level fitness floor. Use of this space is excellent for warm-ups, cool-downs, stretching, speed, agility, plyometrics, HIIT training, and more!
